The BPC-157 + TB-500 "Wolverine Stack": What It Is in Canada
"Wolverine Stack" is a market nickname for BPC-157 and TB-500 sold together. This guide explains what each compound is, why Vitaliti's BPC + TB Stack ships as two separate vials rather than a premixed blend, and why the two are better bought together as one stack.

In short.
- The "Wolverine Stack" is a common market name for the pairing of BPC-157 and TB-500. It is a nickname, not a scientific or regulatory term.
- Vitaliti's BPC + TB Stack is two separate vials, one of each compound, in 5mg + 5mg ($119.99) or 10mg + 10mg ($194.99).
- Separate vials mean each compound keeps its own lot code, its own COA and its own storage clock.
What the name means.
Sellers and forums use "Wolverine Stack" for BPC-157 and TB-500 offered as a pair. The name is marketing shorthand. It does not describe a defined product, formula or ratio, and it says nothing about what the compounds do. Two products sold under the same nickname can differ in fill, in ratio, and in whether the compounds come premixed or in separate vials.
For that reason, compare stacks on specifications rather than the name: which compounds, how many mg of each, how many vials, and whether each lot has its own COA.

BPC-157. The literature describes BPC-157 as a stable gastric pentadecapeptide, meaning a 15-residue peptide based on a sequence from gastric juice. Its molecular formula is C62H98N16O22. Its published research is preclinical. Examples include a 2010 rat ligament study and a 2017 angiogenesis study that used the chick chorioallantoic membrane assay, cultured endothelial cells and a rat hind-limb ischemia model, and measured VEGFR2 expression.
TB-500. TB-500 is a synthetic peptide based on thymosin β4. The name is used inconsistently across the market, so the identity result on the COA for your lot is what confirms the molecule in the vial. Thymosin β4 is a 43-amino-acid, roughly 5 kDa polypeptide, regarded as the main G-actin-sequestering peptide in mammalian tissue. Its central actin-binding domain lies in a short stretch of the protein, and in a 2003 study of thymosin β4's actin-binding site, that short sequence reproduced the endothelial migration activity of the full protein. Thymosin β4 is found in essentially all cells, and reviews describe it as the major actin-sequestering molecule in eukaryotic cells.
The two compounds are unrelated in structure and origin. That is part of why they are often studied, and sold, as a pair: they are distinct variables, not two versions of one molecule.
Why two vials, not a premix.
A stack can be supplied as one premixed vial or as separate vials. Vitaliti's ships as two.
| Factor | Two separate vials (Vitaliti stack) | One premixed vial |
|---|---|---|
| Lot codes | One per compound | One for the mix |
| COA | Each compound's lot has its own COA | One COA must cover both components |
| Opening | Each vial opened independently | Both compounds exposed at once |
| Storage window | Each vial's clock starts when it is reconstituted | One clock for both |
| Studying one compound alone | Possible | Not possible from that vial |
| Ratio | Set by the researcher | Fixed at manufacture |
Each lot has its own record. Every Vitaliti batch is tested by an independent third-party lab. With two vials, each compound's result stands on its own record. The two vials in one stack may carry different lot codes, so request the COA for each lot at contact@vitalitipeptide.com.
Each vial is stored and opened on its own. Sealed lyophilized vials are stored at 2–8°C, away from light. Vitaliti's stated window for a reconstituted vial is up to 30 days refrigerated. With separate vials, one can stay sealed and lyophilized while the other is in use, so the second vial's window has not started.
Why buy them together.

- One order, one checkout. Both compounds are bought in a single step instead of two separate product selections.
- Matched sizes. The stack comes in 5mg + 5mg or 10mg + 10mg, so the two vials hold the same fill of each compound.
- Two separate vials. Each vial is stored and opened independently, and each has its own lot code and its own COA.
- A lower price at 5mg + 5mg. The 5mg + 5mg stack is $119.99 against $129.98 for the same two vials bought separately, a saving of $9.99.
What the stack does not change.
The stack holds the same compounds, in the same form and to the same testing standard, as the single vials. It is a way to buy two vials together, not a different product. Nothing about pairing the vials changes the specification of either one.
Each vial is labelled with its lot code and expiration date. Keep both labels with your records, since the two compounds are documented separately.
