Peptide Shipping in Canada: Dispatch Times, Rates and What Arrives
How a Vitaliti order moves from checkout to your door, what it costs, and what arrives in the box.
Research use only. Not for human consumption. Not evaluated by Health Canada. This guide covers specifications, storage and documentation. It gives no dosing or usage guidance.
In short.
- Orders placed before 2pm EST on a weekday ship the same business day. Delivery is next-day or 1–2 business days for most addresses; northern and remote postal codes usually take 4–5 business days.
- Shipping is a $15 flat rate anywhere in Canada, and free over $300. First orders get free shipping and a free BAC water with code FIRST.
- Every order ships from within Canada, with tracking sent by email when the label prints.

Delivery times depend on where you are. Northern and remote postal codes take longer than most addresses, usually 4–5 business days. Transit times there are set by the carrier's network and are outside Vitaliti's control.

Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars. Subscription orders are 15% less than one-time purchases, and they ship for $7.50, or free over $150.
Tracking.
Tracking is sent by email when the shipping label prints, not when the order is placed. If you have not received tracking and your order was placed before 2pm EST on a weekday, contact support.
Packaging.
Parcels use discreet outer packaging. Nothing on the outside names the contents.
What arrives.

When the parcel arrives, open it, check each vial against your order, and note the lot codes. Then store the vials as described in How to store research peptides: Vitaliti's guidance for lyophilized vials is 2–8°C, away from light.
If something is wrong.
Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded. Report the problem within 72 hours of delivery, with photos of the vial and packaging.

Report missing or damaged items through the contact page, within 72 hours of delivery and with photos for damage. Support replies from 6am to 9pm EST, Monday to Friday.
